How do I log into Zoom?

Here you can find the link to the free Zoom app.

You can install it on your smartphone, laptop, PC and tablet.

After your booking you will receive an email from me with a link that will take you directly to the Zoom Meeting.

How do I register for the live courses?

On my prices and subscription page you will find all the options for booking the live courses. After payment you are automatically logged into my website and can either book the live courses via the browser in the timetable or install the Spaces by Wix app on your smartphone.

How does the Spaces by Wix app work?

Follow this link and you will automatically be redirected to the app. There you can register (with the same e-mail address) and easily register for my courses using your smartphone.

Have my participations been used up before the subscription expires?

If you choose z. For example, if you choose the Basic Monthly Subscription or Premium Subscription, you will have a certain number of participations for the 4 weeks. If you use up the number earlier, you can simply book a new subscription or participate individually.

Tip: With the monthly all-inclusive subscription you have unlimited participation in the 4 weeks.

What happens if the course is canceled?


If a course is canceled, e.g. due to illness or vacation, this period will be automatically extended for you.

Example: I am sick for one day and the course is canceled. I will automatically renew your subscription for you for this period.

In the case of individual participation (€ 8), you can simply redeem the participation another time and it does not expire.

I will inform you about the cancellation of the course by email.

Can I also book a subscription in the middle of a month?

Definitely! Because your subscription is valid for 4 weeks and you can even specify the start date when booking.
